Grapes are hand-picked at the optimum of their maturity. Softly de-stemmed grapes are cooled down to t 4-6°C and then gently pressed in the pneumatic press. Later, the settled and clear juice starts fermenting slowly at precisely controlled temperature (15°C) in stainless steel tanks. After the fermentation is over, the wine is racked to another tank for farther refinement. Wine is usually bottled in few month after the vintage.

Tasting Notes

Pale gold with greenish highlights.
Intense floral and inviting nose with hints of apple blossom, acacia.
It’s dry, though full and weighty to taste with notes of poached pear and honey and a lingering, crisp and zesty finish.
