Grapes are hand-picked at the optimum of their maturity. After soft de-stemming, the grapes are gently pressed and then fermented in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperature (25°-30°С ). When the fermenting juice reaches optimum sugar/acidity balance, fermentation is stopped by cooling, in order to retain the natural sweetness and freshness of the wine.

Tasting Notes

Wine is of ruby colour
Fresh and lingering aromas of raspberry and almonds are dominant
The bunch of concentrated red fruits, magnified by the nice combination of natural sweetness and acidity adds the wine extra freshness and longevity
